Objectives of the Course
The purpose of the course is to explain the main aspects and legal transactions of Negotiable Instruments; especially bill, bill of exchange and cheque.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Be able to distinguish the basic concepts of Law of Negotiable Instruments like bill, bill of exchange and cheque. PO-10 comprehend the market developments , follow and comment on them, while having the knowledge of capital market and new financial techniques.
PO-15 Comprehend legal, social and moral responsibilities of business life. Will have a basic knowledge of the areas of obligations law, negotiable instruments law, business concerns law, tax law, civil law, labor and social security law.
PO-22 Follow the developments in science, knowledge and communication technologies by increased awareness of life-long learning which purposes continuity in education and training.
Examination
