Objectives of the Course
Having ability and knowledge of creating project management plans and using project management tools

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Average successful student; - create project management plans PO-14 have knowledge of new approaches used in production, fundamentals of production management, production systems, distribution planning and break-even analysis, installation placement and production planning.

LO-2 Can apply project management tools to key areas of business PO-14 have knowledge of new approaches used in production, fundamentals of production management, production systems, distribution planning and break-even analysis, installation placement and production planning.

LO-3 Can plan and manage the projects. PO-13 It helps the students model their decision-making problem about life using the linear programming techniques, solve the simplex and transportation problems and interpret the outcomes in terms of technical and economical.
