Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course to examine social gender equality policies based on the causes and consequences of social gender inequality.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Know that there is a historical and social construction of gender inequality. PO-12 Have shows the necessary sensitivity to gender equality.

What is social gender?; Different approaches to gender inequality: Liberal Approach; Marxist Approach and Post Modernist Approach; Feminist Approaches: Egalitarian Feminism; Socialist Feminism; Radical Feminism; the appearance of gender inequality in the world and Turkey; Gender Inequality in the Production; Gender Inequality in Education; Gender Inequality in Family; Gender Inequality in Politics; Gender Equality Policies in the world and Turkey: Equality Policies in Work-life; Equality Policies in Politics, Education and Family.
