Objectives of the Course
This course provides an introduction to spatial statistics based on point data. Before the introduction to spatial statistics, the basic concepts and methods of (non - spatial) statistical methods are covered. The conditions of use, assumptions, and accuracy of results are examined for each spatial and non-spatial method.

PO-3 Cografya bilimi kapsaminda mekani dogal ve beseri özellikleriyle tanima, mekanin kullanimindan kaynaklanan sorunlari tespit edebilme, çözüm önerisi sunabilme.
PO-4 Insan-mekan etkilesiminin tespitinde yararlanilan baslica arastirma yontem ve tekniklerini kullanabilme, bu etkilesimin ifadesinde kullanilan gorsel araclari (tablo, grafik, harita) vb hazirlayabilme ve gerekli arac gerecleri yazilimlari kullabilme
