Objectives of the Course
It aims to teach information concepts and teqniques about the sport of snowboarding theoretically, then basic skills from easy to difficult and from simple to complex in the town and ski centre pratically.

LO-1 can understand and define the properties of the equipments used in the snowboarding, PO-1 Sport Sciences, Advanced Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis fields, as well as taking into consideration the reflection in the application..
PO-3 In the field of Sports Science, Coaching, Conductivity and Performance Analysis, responsibility is solved at the individual level and as a team to solve any problems or problems that may be seen in field related practice, take initiative when necessary.

Course Contents
It includes the sense of development, equipment, personalized material selection, start out to riding, examining board out, balance, walking up, riding for a fall, riding for a fall , basic riding possition, with one leg coordination studies, feeling the board on the move, heel top off, place the pivot return from above the knee, sideslip and tarvers.

Required Course instruments and materials
The theoretical content of the course is taught in the classroom, while the applied content is carried out on the skating rink and the slopes in the ski center. For this purpose, students must provide the following equipment, clothing and the ticket fee for ski lift systems for ski course 1-alpine ski equipment 2-Coat and ski pants, 3- Ski Gloves, 4- Goggle glasses, 5- Ski helme
