Objectives of the Course
Aim of this course is to teach and apply the fundamental basketball mechanics, to do trainings which help develop, to strengthen the fundamentiality by mixes trainings and to teach and apply the basic offensive and defensive principles.

Course includes implementation of the basic techniques of basketball, according to age groups and levels of teaching and training practices related to these techniques, mixed exercises carried out, learning the basic techniques of defense and offense.
