Objectives of the Course | |||||
At the end of this course, the students will learn the technical and tactical teaching of volleyball and the high-level principles of implementation, and will come up with volleyball specific warming, energy systems, volleyball anatomy, biomechanical principles, volleyball training principles and sports game rules. |
