Objectives of the Course
To teach and reinforce some special techniques of throwing, heptathlon, decathlon, middle and long distance disciplines theoretically and practically. After this course students will have learned general knowledge about track and field disciplines.

LO-1 can Athleticism can do and show basic branches. PO-1 Sport Sciences, Advanced Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis fields, as well as taking into consideration the reflection in the application..

It covers examining of performance in throwing, heptathlon, decathlon, middle and long distance disciplines, technical analysis, examining mechanics of running and jumping and drills developing techniques.
