Objectives of the Course
To teach and reinforce some special techniques of sprint and jumping disciplines theoretically and practically. After this course students will be able to apply drills related to development of techniques in track and field.

LO-1 Can demonstrates the fundamental branches of track and field. PO-6 In the field of Sports Science, Coaching, Conductivity and Performance Analysis, it has advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks with basic and up-to-date information related to health, application tools and multimedia teaching aids and other resources.

It covers drills developing technique and coordination of sprint and jumping drills developing technique of jumping.
