Objectives of the Course | |||||
This course is for students; Performance aims to teach players the importance and components of physical training, badminton warming, cooling, flexibility and strength training, and situational training in badminton. |

LO-1 | To be able to the end of the lesson, the student will be able to understand the physical demands of Badminton play and accordingly the importance of physical training required for performance players and their components |
PO-2 Evaluates and interprets data using the advanced knowledge and skills gained in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Fitness and Performance Analysis, identifies, analyzes, develops solutions based on research and evidence based on current technological developments. |
