The aim of this course is to give basic knowlegde and methods for application of occupational health and safety.

Course Contents
OHS services in workplaces, surveillance of work environment, emergnecy plans, prevention of major accidents, risk assessment and risk management, training of workers, personal protective equipments, heath and safety symbols, biological and physical risk factors, OHS for buildings and its extensions, OHS for works in closed areas, ergonomics, OHS for usage and maintenance of hand tools and working equipments, OHS for working with hazardous chemicals, explosive environment and wrokers, carrying by hand and lifting, presurized containers and equipments, OHS for working with electricity, OHS for workings with asbestos, OHS for mining, OHS for construction works, OHS managements systems and documentation.
