Objectives of the Course
Aim of this course is to give the information about operation of wastewater treatment plan processes, problems may be encountered and their solution methods.

LO-1 Can operate wastewater treatment plants, can define and solve the problems encountered. PO-1 PO-1 Have an advanced level of knowledge about the recent and best practices in Environmental Engineering, deepen and expand their knowledge on the expert level, conduct and assess the analyses by employing statistical methods

Flowrate and characterization of wastewater, thier changings; sampling, measuring and analyses for plant monitoring; WWTP processes and units, their mechanisms; important points in plant operation, maintenance; problems may be encountered and their solution methods.
