Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide the pre-service teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide training for the individuals who need special education.

Course Contents
Basic concepts of artistic skills; line development in children in normal development process, line characteristics of development; line development and characteristics in children with special educational needs; artistic skills teaching methods that can be used in painting; artistic skills (picture-work) adaptation of teaching methods that can be used in teaching to students with special educational needs; teaching of different artistic skills: painting with watercolors, cutting with scissors, printing, spraying, making origami and candle work, mask, puppet making and wristband; developing a measurement tool to evaluate and acquire artistic skills in children; preparing teaching plans; teaching application examples development and implementation.
