Windows based data analysis package programs (Preparatory Statistical Software). Introduction to SPSS. Data Entry to Packet Programs. Data Generation. Creating Tables. Graph Drawing. Specifying Statistical Calculation. parametric Tests-I (z and t tests). Parametric Tests-II (Single and Dual Orientation Analysis of Variance). Parametric Tests-III (ANOVA, GLM and Covariance Analysis in Factorial ANOVA and Icice groups). nonparametric tests. simple linear regression and correlation analysis. multiple linear regression and correlation analysis. log-Linear Analysis. logistic regression analysis. reliability and question analysis

LO-1 the student can analyze the data obtained by the scientific study using statistical calculations. PO-3 Ability to identify problems in Molecular Biology and genetics, to establish hypotheses for solving problems and to be able to solve hypothesis using various observational and experimental methods
