Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills that can be used during cell culture studies.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can explain the basic principles of cell culture studies. PO-1 Obtain basic knowledge of Molecular Biology
PO-2 Have information about current topics in molecular biology and genetics
PO-3 Ability to identify problems in Molecular Biology and genetics, to establish hypotheses for solving problems and to be able to solve hypothesis using various observational and experimental methods
PO-4 Being ethical and responsible individuals who are sensitive to social and universal values in the field of Molecular Biology and genetics, who look after the priority areas of the country, research and produce and contribute to these issues
PO-5 Ability to design a research project in the field of molecular biology and genetics and to evaluate and present the results related to it
PO-6 Ability to independently carry out an activity that requires expertise in the field
PO-7 Investigating the phenotypic effects of genes and acquiring the ability to use this effect in animal and plant breeding areas
PO-8 Ability to participate in interdisciplinary studies in the fields of education, industry, agriculture, health, environment, energy and biotechnology
