Objectives of the Course
Understanding of computer operation logic and basic principles Establishment and usage of operating systems and application programs Improvement of internet and network usage Teaching of brochure, book, thesis, article writing techniques with word processing programs Preparing and calculating tables with electronic spreadsheet program, Presentation programs and visual presentations To teach basic database concepts and query methods

Course Contents
Basic information about computer, Operating Systems, Internet, Network, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database programs are given in the laboratory environment.

4 Editing of word processing programs, Toolbars (Standard, Format, Picture, Table, Form etc.). Page editing and text formatting, preparing resumes using Word templates, preparing letter envelope labels. Narrative Method
