Objectives of the Course
Trade law is one of the private law branches. The aim of the course is to make students competent inTrade law, the important concepts and institutions, commercial enterprises through the concept of the merchants, subject to the provisions and responsibilities, the Commercial Code in the companies' establishment, operation, and commercial life.
