Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this lesson is to provide basic information about the diagnosis of microorganisms by using staining, culture, serology and molecular methods and disinfection and sterilization in microbiology laboratory. |

In this course, disinfection-sterilization methods and their effective mechanisms, microbiological staining, culture methods, serological and molecular tests, and evoluation of test results are introduced. | ||
