Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to provide the contribution of the world mythology to the development of the students' understanding of the world and the development of the perspective of artistic, cultural and touristic attractions. |

Introduction to mythology, mythos, epos, logos relation, mythos types and common topics in mythology, Greek mythology, Roman mythology, Turkish shamanism, World shamanism, Babilonian myths, Egyptian myths, Ugarite myths, Jewish myths, Biblical myths, Islamic myths, sample myths: Pandora, the myths of Babel (tufan, Gilgamesh, Adapa, Etana). | ||
