Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to examine the standardized forms, patterns and symbols related to the religious events or figures depicted in the works of art that refer to the Torah and the Bible. |

Course Contents | ||
The interpretation of the sacred events and stories mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel on different materials such as canvas painting, miniature and monumental painting, as well as stone, metal, wood and ivory, will be discussed with visual materials, and iconographic analysis and evaluation will be made. | ||
