Objectives of the Course
By explaining the dynamics of changes in the public services delivering methods in the world and Turkey, to teach the existing public service delivery methods.

Course Contents
Basic qualifications sought in the classification of public services, public service concepts in administrative law and public administration discipline, effects of liberal economic policies on public services and basic public service delivery methods will be examined.
