To examine the phenomenon of Transnational Organized Crime and Terrorism and the similarities, differences, convergences and cooperations between these phenomena. |

Organized crime, terrorism, the factors that provide cross-border qualifications for these phenomena, the characteristics of these crime types, their aims, the forms of rapprochement, the theories to explain this rapprochement are examined. | ||
