Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the current situation, background, basic terminology and important technologies in the field of cyber security and explain the legal, ethical, political and economic dimensions of terrorism.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can analyze concepts in the field of cyber security. PO-1 comprehends the place, the role and the effects of security in international relations.
Examination
LO-2 can express the relationship between international standards and countermeasures with cyber security. PO-5 predicts new security needs that may arise in the direction of global developments and predicts the possible effects of these needs on international relations.
