Objectives of the Course
To examine and analyze the theories and scholars in the field of organizational behavior and to compare them with today's approaches.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can explain the historical development of organizational behavior. PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
PO-7 Be able to make use of other disciplines that form the basis for Management-Organization policies and have advanced knowledge about these disciplines.
Examination
LO-2 can explain concepts of perception, attitude, personality, organizational culture, motivation and leadership PO-2 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged with modern management perspectives.
PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
PO-6 Be able to interpret the theoretical discussions and contribute to relevant literature regarding the field of Management-Organization
