Objectives of the Course
The focus of this course is the nature of conflict resolution and negotiation in organization (individual, group and firm) and between organizations. This course intends to improve negotiation skills and to increase the ability to resolve conflicts in a multitude of situations in an organization.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Improve negotiation techniques and conflict skills in a multitude of situations in an organization. PO-3 Have information about the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management process and strategic analysis and strategy selection, implementation and control strategies
PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
Examination
LO-2 Decide on how to negotiate and solve problem in different situations. PO-1 Have advanced knowledge about the basic concepts of business administration, the basic functions of the business management science, the historical development of it, its relationships with other disciplines, businesses and the environment, business objectives, feasibility studies, business functions, cooperation between firms and entrepreneurship, and apply them and make administrative decisions on these issues.
PO-2 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged with modern management perspectives.
PO-3 Have information about the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management process and strategic analysis and strategy selection, implementation and control strategies
Examination
LO-3 Manage conflicts and problems in organization (individual, group and firm) and between organizations. PO-2 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged with modern management perspectives.
PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
PO-6 Be able to interpret the theoretical discussions and contribute to relevant literature regarding the field of Management-Organization

Fundamentals of the concept of conflict. conflicts between individuals, groups, and firms. Causes, types and analysis of conflicts. basic principles of conflict management and negotiations. Different negotiating models. The effects of conflicts in organizations.
