The purpose of this course is to point out the business and work ethics, a topic students should have and pay attention thourogh their life and convey information about the business and work ethics by believing that education may increase a society's ethical level.. |

PO-6 Be able to interpret the theoretical discussions and contribute to relevant literature regarding the field of Management-Organization PO-15 Brings about the abilitis of analyzing and evaluating human behaviours in individual, group and organizational contexts in businesses. PO-18 Students develop a sense of business ethics and social responsibility. |

PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality. PO-8 Be able to analyze and interpret data and assess the concepts and ideas in the field by using scientific methods PO-13 The student is able to conduct novel research on all fundamental functions of the business in accordance with scientific, institutional and social ethics and is able to report the results in a critical manner. In this course, after the basic information about business and work ethics, which activities agaist the work ethics can be faced in todays business environment and relationship between economic development level and the ethical level individuals have are discussed with the students. | ||
