PO-6 Be able to interpret the theoretical discussions and contribute to relevant literature regarding the field of Management-Organization PO-15 Brings about the abilitis of analyzing and evaluating human behaviours in individual, group and organizational contexts in businesses. PO-18 Students develop a sense of business ethics and social responsibility. |

PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality. PO-8 Be able to analyze and interpret data and assess the concepts and ideas in the field by using scientific methods PO-13 The student is able to conduct novel research on all fundamental functions of the business in accordance with scientific, institutional and social ethics and is able to report the results in a critical manner.
