Objectives of the Course
Explain new concepts in the field of organizational behavior such as psychological, capital, cynicism and psychological empowerment.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can explain the concepts of cynicism, violation of psychological contract and burnout. PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
PO-7 Be able to make use of other disciplines that form the basis for Management-Organization policies and have advanced knowledge about these disciplines.
PO-8 Be able to analyze and interpret data and assess the concepts and ideas in the field by using scientific methods
Examination
LO-2 can explain the concepts of psychological capital, organizational trust and psychological empowerment. PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
