Objectives of the Course
he aim of this course is to provide students with necessary knowledge to literature review of thesis study and to understand the results of empirical social research; to teach quantitative and qualitative research methods.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can identify appropriate research design and methodologies. PO-2 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged with modern management perspectives.
PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
PO-7 Be able to make use of other disciplines that form the basis for Management-Organization policies and have advanced knowledge about these disciplines.
PO-8 Be able to analyze and interpret data and assess the concepts and ideas in the field by using scientific methods
