To make new interpretations by comparing the Islamic criminal law and the positive criminal law |

LO-1 | Finds the opportunity to compare the Islamic criminal law and positive criminal law. |
PO-1 Can be able to improve and deepen their knowledge in the same or different field based on the graduate level qualifications in their field of study. PO-2 Can be able to the interdisciplinary interaction of their field of study and conduct joint studies with different fields of study. PO-6 Can be able to use the knowledge they have obtained in their field of study in order to promote the level of education, culture and arts of the society. PO-9 Can be able to act as a leading role in solving problems related to their field of study, organizing personal, institutional teamworks at an expert level. PO-11 Can be able to transfer the updates and projects carried out in their field of study by reinforcing them with qualitative and quantitative data across groups within and out of their field of study. |

The development of Islamic criminal law, its general principles, the elements of the crime, the rules in Islamic criminal law, verbal crimes and penalties, the execution of the penalty, the Ottoman criminal law and the crime and punishment in the Turkish law, the differences between the Islamic law and human law in terms of crime and punishment. | ||
