Objectives of the Course
The main aim of the course is to strengthen the bonds between the university and the society by using the knowledge, skills and experiences acquired by students throughout their education life; to ensure that the students are sensitive about humanitarian, social, economic problems etc. and the problems and disasters, disabled people, disadvantaged groups and various issues and problems in the society; to ensure the development of humanisitc, social, cultural, moral values and skills with some volunteering activities they will participate and perform, and in line with this purpose to increase the visibility and awareness of social sensitivity in areas such as disability life, migration and disaster; thus to ensure that they will take part in volunteer work for a period and share their results within a plan to be prepared in advance in a volunteering field that they will choose
