Course Contents
Basic statistical concepts, the difference between parametric and nonparametric statistics, single sample tests: Chi-square test, Kolmagorov-Smirnov test, two connected sample tests: McNemar test, Wilcoxon sequential sign test, two unconnected sample tests: Mann-Whitney U test, Kolmagorov-Smirnov two sample tests, relation coefficients: Sperman's rank correlation coefficient, Kendal's Tau relation coefficient; comparison of mean scores in unrelated samples (t-test, ANOVA), comparison of means in related samples (t-test, ANOVA), ANOVA for mixed measurements
