PO-1 Knows the basic concepts related to psychology. PO-2 Adapts and transfers the knowledge they have acquired in the field of psychology to other disciplines PO-4 Is equipped with sufficient skills in the field of psychology, adhere to the principles of professional ethics, develop communication skills, gain productive and flexible thinking skills. PO-5 Improves themselves by following developments in science, technology and contemporary psychology and other related subjects. PO-6 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field, identifies and analyzes problems parallel to current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence. PO-9 Has awareness of individual and cultural differences that can incorporate different perspectives into the process of producing scientific knowledge. PO-10 Follows national and international contemporary problems. PO-13 Has sufficient awareness about the universality of social rights, social justice, quality management, participation and protection of cultural values, environmental protection, occupational health and safety. PO-14 Has a basic level of knowledge of the fields of social sciences such as philosophy, sociology, anthropology and the fields of science such as biology and neuroscience, and uses this knowledge to develop psychology skills and to follow contemporary scientific publications. |

Course Contents | ||
This course aims to recognize the basic principles and processes involved in social behavior. It includes topics such as historical perspective, social perception and cognition, attitudes, social impact, review of theoretical and empirical studies and interpersonal relations. | ||
