Objectives of the Course
To examine and analyze the theories and scholars in the field of organizational behavior and to compare them with today's approaches.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can explain the historical development of organizational behavior. PO-2 Learns different perspectives on many theories, models and paradigms developed in the field of management and organization, gains the knowledge and skills to evaluate, interpret and criticize scientific studies and research presented in various scientific meetings on these topics.

LO-2 can explain concepts of perception, attitude, personality, organizational culture, motivation and leadership PO-1 Understands, analyzes and interprets the basic concepts of management and organization field at the expert level and can apply them at the expert level in the field of management and organization.

LO-3 can explain the concepts of organizational conflict and its management. PO-1 Understands, analyzes and interprets the basic concepts of management and organization field at the expert level and can apply them at the expert level in the field of management and organization.
