Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to develop every PhD student’s writing and research skills in their specialization area of management in light of academic control and orientation. |

LO-1 | Students shall gain knowledge relevant to their specialization area and develop their research skills. |
PO-1 Understands, analyzes and interprets the basic concepts of management and organization field at the expert level and can apply them at the expert level in the field of management and organization. PO-2 Learns different perspectives on many theories, models and paradigms developed in the field of management and organization, gains the knowledge and skills to evaluate, interpret and criticize scientific studies and research presented in various scientific meetings on these topics. PO-3 Brings innovation to business science, develops a new scientific method or applies a known method to a different field by revealing original scientific studies in the field of management and organization, contributing to national and international literature. PO-5 Keeps knowledge up-to-date, closely follows national and international literature in the field, improves not only in the field of business, but also in other social issues. |

PO-9 It follows scientific, technological, social and cultural developments academically and professionally and contributes to related issues and processes. |

PO-6 As a good researcher and academician candidate, the student learns to look critically at new topics, new developments in the field of business administration and other related issues, and develops his/her questioning and exploratory aspects. PO-9 It follows scientific, technological, social and cultural developments academically and professionally and contributes to related issues and processes. PO-11 The student writes an original doctorate thesis that will be accepted both nationally and internationally in the field of management and organization and receives the title of "Doctor" in the field of management and organization. PO-12 Apart from an academic career, they can be employed in universities, public and private sectors with the knowledge they have acquired, and they can establish their own research and / or consultancy companies with their strong researcher direction. |
