Objectives of the Course
Organizational culture, HR policy adoption, organizational change and stress management, and organizational communication are important issues in the working environment, including motivation, job satisfaction, groups, teams, leadership, power and politics, organizational culture, to obtain the necessary information. It is also aimed that the students have knowledge about new approaches in the field of organizational behavior and researches on this field.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To explain basic concepts related to management psychology PO-1 Understands, analyzes and interprets the basic concepts of management and organization field at the expert level and can apply them at the expert level in the field of management and organization.
