PO-1 Understands, analyzes and interprets the basic concepts of management and organization field at the expert level and can apply them at the expert level in the field of management and organization. PO-3 Brings innovation to business science, develops a new scientific method or applies a known method to a different field by revealing original scientific studies in the field of management and organization, contributing to national and international literature. PO-11 The student writes an original doctorate thesis that will be accepted both nationally and internationally in the field of management and organization and receives the title of "Doctor" in the field of management and organization. |

PO-2 Learns different perspectives on many theories, models and paradigms developed in the field of management and organization, gains the knowledge and skills to evaluate, interpret and criticize scientific studies and research presented in various scientific meetings on these topics. PO-3 Brings innovation to business science, develops a new scientific method or applies a known method to a different field by revealing original scientific studies in the field of management and organization, contributing to national and international literature. PO-10 It identifies the social, scientific, managerial and ethical problems encountered in the field of management and organization and in business life, produces solutions and contributes to the development of values in these matters.
