Objectives of the Course

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life.
PO-10 It makes a differential diagnosis, preliminary diagnosis or definitive diagnosis by correlating clinical and radiological examination and other diagnostic tests, and findings in the patient's history, taking into account the social and ethnic history of the patients.
Examination
LO-2 PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills.
PO-3 She/he can work in interdisciplinary teams in various branches of dentistry and other medical fields and seeks the opinion or treatment of the necessary specialist for medical and dental treatments beyond her ability.
Examination
LO-3 PO-5 As a 'Dentist' who has the ability to work individually, he/she makes decisions regarding treatment by using the relevant diagnostic methods, can take initiative, and expresses his/her professional ideas verbally or in writing, clearly and concisely.
PO-6 She/he uses all kinds of tools to ensure the oral and dental health required by the dentistry profession and has sufficient knowledge about the materials used in dentistry clinics.
