Objectives of the Course | |||||
To define the decorations used in handcrafts and architecture in Ottoman period, to analyse iconography and to compare with different cultural milieus. |

PO-2 To develop and deepen the Art History undergraduate knowledge to the level of expertise. PO-3 The effects of the environment and natural conditions on the architecture and decoration over time are discussed. PO-6 Have postgraduate knowledge in professional career and basic knowledge of right to doctorate. PO-7 To be able to use the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field in archaeological excavations, museum studies, antiquities conservation, surface research, consultancy, expertise and related units PO-8 To have a clear knowledge and consciousness about the basic problems of Art History and to be able to adapt this information to the current problems that arise. |
