Objectives of the Course
To define the decorations used in handcrafts and architecture in Ottoman period, to analyse iconography and to compare with different cultural milieus.

Architectural decoration in Ottoman period. Types, technique, material and composion of decoration. Iconographic analysis of decorations. Comparison of the decoration types with nearby cultures.
