| The aim of this course is to provide the participants with information about the basic aims and principles of labor law. In addition, this course aims to provide information about the responsibilities, rights and obligations of the parties in the field of occupational health and safety. | |||||

| This course includes the basic concepts and principles of labor law and occupational health and safety legislation. In this context, especially the legal, administrative and criminal liability of the employer and the legal rights of the employees are within the scope of the course. | ||
