Objectives of the Course
the aim of lesson is to ensure that the participants are informed about the occupational health and safety issues that need to be considered about the manufacturing and use of work equipment used in the workplaces, starting from the design phase.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Student can determinethe minimum safety requirements to be found in work equipments. PO-1 Have comprehensive and up-to-date information about workplace environmental factors, working conditions and protection principles.
PO-2 Has the ability to define, evaluate and eliminate occupational safety risks that may occur in the business environment by analyzing processes.

LO-2 Student can list responsibilities of producers about work equipments. PO-2 Has the ability to define, evaluate and eliminate occupational safety risks that may occur in the business environment by analyzing processes.
PO-3 Has the ability to identify the health and safety problems of employees in various sectors, to produce solutions, to develop, implement and evaluate programs by using methods and tools appropriate to the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of occupational health and safety.

LO-3 Student can define the signs and instructions for the safe use of machines. PO-5 Can choose modern techniques and tools required for applications in the field of occupational health and safety, and effectively use information technologies and measurement methods
PO-7 Knows the legislation on occupational health and safety, follows the relevant agenda and changes.
