Objectives of the Course
It aims to learn the subjects related to the histology and development of the structures in the mouth, head and neck region, the Movement, Respiratory and Digestive system departments in this region, the nervous system, ear and eye sensory organs.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain the basic developmental processes of the embryo. PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life.
PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills.
Examination
LO-2 Can explain the basic concepts of oral cavity embryology and organs. PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life.
PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills.
Examination
LO-3 Can detect anomalies in oral cavity development. PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life.
PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills.
PO-3 She/he can work in interdisciplinary teams in various branches of dentistry and other medical fields and seeks the opinion or treatment of the necessary specialist for medical and dental treatments beyond her ability.
