Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to give basic information about the animal body, to teach the body functions and how these functions are done, to teach the systems in the body and the organs that make them up.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Basic Physiological Concepts, Body Fluids and Cellular Physiology. PO-1 Recognize animal species and breeds, structural and functional (anatomical, histological, physiological and biochemical, etc.) basic features.
PO-12 Recognizes and uses the scientific knowledge.
LO-2 Blood Physiology. PO-1 Recognize animal species and breeds, structural and functional (anatomical, histological, physiological and biochemical, etc.) basic features.
PO-2 Interprets vital signs of animals and performs basic first aid in appropriate cases.

Course Contents
This course covers the basic physiology information necessary to comprehend the physiological systems that ensure the maintenance of a healthy life in living things, the functions of these systems, working coordination, as well as the deterioration in biological functions that occur due to the disease process in living organisms.
