Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can define the microbiology. PO-1 Recognize animal species and breeds, structural and functional (anatomical, histological, physiological and biochemical, etc.) basic features.
PO-3 Registers, prepares the test materials and tests under the supervision of responsible physicians.
LO-2 Can classify and name bactericides. PO-9 Provides requested assistance to veterinarian during clinical examination, application of imaging methods, surgical applications ( management and administration of animals, monitoring of patiens under anesthesia etc.)
PO-12 Recognizes and uses the scientific knowledge.
LO-3 Have knowledge about the isolation, identification and reproduction of microorganisms. PO-3 Registers, prepares the test materials and tests under the supervision of responsible physicians.
PO-5 Recognizes parasitic infections and assists the veterinarian in further studies (vaccination, hygiene measures, medication etc.) for controlling the patients with models of infectious disease transmission.
LO-4 Know the general characteristics, classification and multiplication of viruses. PO-10 Assists the physician in applications (non-invasive drug and vaccine applications) about prevention, control and treatment of diseases.
