Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the physical and technical equipment for care, feeding and hygiene in poultry breeding, and to give basic information about important diseases in poultry.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Recognizing poultry PO-1 Recognize animal species and breeds, structural and functional (anatomical, histological, physiological and biochemical, etc.) basic features.
Examination
LO-2 To be able to recognize bacterial, viral and parasitic agents in poultry. PO-5 Recognizes parasitic infections and assists the veterinarian in further studies (vaccination, hygiene measures, medication etc.) for controlling the patients with models of infectious disease transmission.

This course includes poultry bacterial infections; poultry viral infections; poultry parasitic infestations; It covers information about non-infectious poultry diseases and ways to prevent these diseases, vaccination programs.
