Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to evaluate of environmental and economic aspects of international agreements, environmental aspects of international organizations, environment-based organizations work and the position of Turkey against international agreements and analizing of relationship with international organizations

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 The student can fully understand the dangers of environmental problems and importance of the international cooperation PO-2 Has sufficient knowledge and awareness about globalization and intercultural communication, human rights, social justice and respect for differences.
PO-3 Has basic information about the main actors of international relations and the rules of the international system.
PO-4 Has a command of the basic concepts in the fields of history, sociology, economics and law at a level to do interdisciplinary work.
PO-6 Has the skills to analyse theoretical knowledge about International Relations and its sub-branches (international economy, international politics, international law, international organizations, international security, history of diplomacy, foreign policy, etc.) and to evaluate their global and regional reflections, to define problems and to offer solutions.
PO-10 Has a command of the basic conceptual and theoretical framework in the field of International Relations at a level to make analysis.
PO-11 Can determine needs for learning and direct the learning process by critically evaluating the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of International Relations.
PO-12 Informs listeners interested and unrelated to the field on issues related to International Relations and clearly conveys their thoughts, problems and solution methods in written and oral form.
PO-13 Has the competence to evaluate and apply the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired during the education process in business life.
Examination
LO-2 The student through learning different states' policies concerning environmental problems can make comparisonns between these policies. PO-2 Has sufficient knowledge and awareness about globalization and intercultural communication, human rights, social justice and respect for differences.
PO-3 Has basic information about the main actors of international relations and the rules of the international system.
PO-4 Has a command of the basic concepts in the fields of history, sociology, economics and law at a level to do interdisciplinary work.

Examination
LO-3 Through understanding fundamental environmental problems' threat to stability and security will learn another aspect of international politics. PO-1 Has knowledge of basic research methods and principles in Social Sciences at a level to conduct independent research.
