As the continuation of the course International Law-I, in parallel to the general framework drawn in that course, the course tackles with the certain areas of the IL, and by this way, aims to make the students have the basic knowledge in these matters. |

PO-1 Has knowledge of basic research methods and principles in Social Sciences at a level to conduct independent research. PO-2 Has sufficient knowledge and awareness about globalization and intercultural communication, human rights, social justice and respect for differences. PO-3 Has basic information about the main actors of international relations and the rules of the international system. PO-6 Has the skills to analyse theoretical knowledge about International Relations and its sub-branches (international economy, international politics, international law, international organizations, international security, history of diplomacy, foreign policy, etc.) and to evaluate their global and regional reflections, to define problems and to offer solutions. PO-10 Has a command of the basic conceptual and theoretical framework in the field of International Relations at a level to make analysis. PO-11 Can determine needs for learning and direct the learning process by critically evaluating the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of International Relations. PO-12 Informs listeners interested and unrelated to the field on issues related to International Relations and clearly conveys their thoughts, problems and solution methods in written and oral form. PO-16 Gains detailed information about culture and geography as well as the history of Turkey and the world. |

PO-9 Has acquired the skills to examine Turkey's position in world politics in a historical perspective and to define current problems.
