Objectives of the Course
Learn about Russia and its foreign policy with a focus on its history, culture and politics.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can evaluate of Turkey's relations with Russia within the framework of international system PO-3 Has basic information about the main actors of international relations and the rules of the international system.
PO-9 Has acquired the skills to examine Turkey's position in world politics in a historical perspective and to define current problems.
PO-10 Has a command of the basic conceptual and theoretical framework in the field of International Relations at a level to make analysis.

The transformations in the economic, social and political structure of the state from Kiev Russia to the Russian Federation and the foreign policy developments that took place accordingly will be analyzed.
