Objectives of the Course | |||||
Teaching at the basic level as well as on the financial concepts, financial events and institutions in the science of what is and is also a key issue in fiscal theory of public expenditure, which do not present a detailed financial mission to teach the basic level. |

Scientific principles of finance, its subject, definition and methodology, relationships with a variety of approaches and other sciences. Characteristics of the public economy and its functioning. Definition of public expenditure, opinions regarding public spending. | ||
