Objectives of the Course
Teaching at the basic level as well as on the financial concepts, financial events and institutions in the science of what is and is also a key issue in fiscal theory of public expenditure, which do not present a detailed financial mission to teach the basic level.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can define the Public finance sector within the framework by defining the basic functions of the state to classify financial instruments. PO-4 Has a command of the basic concepts in the fields of history, sociology, economics and law at a level to do interdisciplinary work.
PO-13 Has the competence to evaluate and apply the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired during the education process in business life.
Examination
LO-2 can analyze the social and financial impact of Economic activities in the public sector. PO-4 Has a command of the basic concepts in the fields of history, sociology, economics and law at a level to do interdisciplinary work.
PO-13 Has the competence to evaluate and apply the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired during the education process in business life.
Examination
LO-3 Due to interdiciplinary characteristics of public finance, beeig able to become well skilled on legal science, accounting, financial markets and financial analysis and economics and able to internalise this disciplines into finance discipline. PO-4 Has a command of the basic concepts in the fields of history, sociology, economics and law at a level to do interdisciplinary work.

Scientific principles of finance, its subject, definition and methodology, relationships with a variety of approaches and other sciences. Characteristics of the public economy and its functioning. Definition of public expenditure, opinions regarding public spending.
