Objectives of the Course
To prevent by identifying the risks related to the staff and the patient; To gain knowledge, attitudes and skills related to ensuring staff and patient safety.

Nurse / patient safety concept, Regulation on ensuring employee and patient safety, Professional and legal responsibilities in medical errors, Medical errors and their causes, Notification and management of medical errors, Effective communication in ensuring patient safety, Prevention of errors due to restrictions / drug / blood and product transfusions, Patient safety in specialized units, Safe surgery, Prevention of falls/infections, Incident reporting and analysis techniques in patient safety.
