Objectives of the Course | |||||
While emphasizing that crime is a social phenomenon, at the end of the course, the student will be able to make a critical evaluation of the causes and appearances of the crime phenomenon, and while defining any action as a crime, taking into account the social / cultural framework in which it occurs. |
